Why Meridian Exists

Andrew isn't your typical real estate founder. Before building Meridian, he was a certified flight instructor — trained in systems thinking, risk management, and precision under pressure. Those instincts shape everything about how Meridian operates.
In real estate, Andrew saw an industry drowning in noise and starving for signal. Agents were working harder every year with diminishing returns. Technology was making things more complicated, not more intelligent.
So he built something different: a real estate operation where AI handles the noise and humans handle the relationships. Where every decision is backed by data, every outreach is timed to a signal, and every agent has an unfair advantage from day one.
Andrew leads Meridian from Phoenix, Arizona, where he lives with his wife Ashley and their two children. He's building Meridian not just as a business, but as a platform for multi-generational wealth — for his family, his agents, and their families too.
